FAQ
You have questions. We have answers.
Questions about One Stop City Services and how it works.
Does installing OneStop Ride require replacing our current ticketing equipment?
No. OneStop Ride is designed as an additive, independent sales channel. It functions seamlessly alongside your existing ticket validators and biletomats without requiring any hardware tear-down or integration overhauls.
How long does it take to deploy OneStop Ride in our fleet?
Initial pilot deployments (e.g., around 10 vehicles) can be live within 3 months from contract signing. Following the pilot evaluation, fleet-wide expansion can proceed incrementally at your desired pace.
What payment methods are supported by OneStop Ride terminals?
OneStop Ride supports all standard contactless payment methods, including debit cards, mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and smart wearables (watches, bands).
How does ticket inspection work with OneStop Ride?
Ticket inspectors use our dedicated Inspector Mobile App installed on standard smartphones. Inspectors simply scan the passenger’s contactless card or device to instantly verify ticket validity.
Which fare structures can OneStop Ride handle?
OneStop Ride supports both Retail Tares (single-ride, time-based, or zone tickets selected on the terminal touchscreen) and Check-In / Check-Out (Distance/Zone-Based) models, where the system automatically calculates the lowest fare upon exit.
Is passenger payment data secure?
Yes. All payment processing complies with strict international security standards, including PCI-DSS encryption protocols, ensuring full protection of passenger financial data.
